Our service includes unlimited access to our support by email, from Monday to Friday, 24/5, in English, French, Spanish or Dutch. Access to our eLearning platform is free too. Upgrades are also included in all our plans at no extra fee.

What's not included in these plans:

• Hosting on 300code Cloud Pro for custom developments (hosting on 300code Cloud is free, with unmetered storage up to 100GB¹)
• Implementation service and access to 300code expert services
• In-App-Purchase credits: SMS, contacts auto-complete, lead generation, IA to scan vendor bills & expenses.

The standard plan is hosted on 300code Cloud, our cloud infrastructure to host databases without custom modules. With the custom plan, your database is hosted on 300code Cloud Pro: a dedicated environment with development, staging and production branches, allowing our team to build and run custom modules for you.

If you need implementation service: project management, business needs analysis, data import, customizations, developments, training, etc., we have two options:

1. Small companies (<50 employees) usually work directly with 300code, using Success Packs. Check out our project estimator to know the cost of a project, based on your needs.
2. Mid-size and large companies (>50 employees) usually work with a partner who offers local project management services: /partners

Take Industry Apps if you would rather not work out which apps you need: pick your line of business and you get the set built for it.
Take Custom Apps if you already know — pick them one by one.

An app can need others to work (eCommerce needs Website and Invoicing, for example). Those come with it at no extra cost — you are billed for the apps you picked, not for what they depend on. An industry package works the same way: you pay for the package, and everything it needs comes with it.

Add it from your database whenever you need it — your subscription follows what you use, so the new app is simply added to it. Starting from an industry package works the same way: the set is a starting point, not a limit.

The custom plan is for companies that want to manage multiple companies on a single database and that need to customize 300code through 300code Studio, custom developments or through the API.

A paying user is usually an employee who has access to the 300code backend to create, view, or edit documents. External users (such as clients or suppliers) using 300code through the portal are not paying users.

Examples of paying users:

• An employee who reports their expenses or timesheet
• A third-party accountant who uses 300code to work on your finances

Examples of free users:

• Customers and suppliers who have access to their invoices on the portal
• Visitors of your website who are placing eCommerce orders and tracking their deliveries

When using 300code Cloud, you can download a backup of your database at any time through the control center. You own your data!

300code Cloud and 300code Cloud Pro run the same software. Only the hosting and infrastructure are different: dedicated resources, staging branches, custom modules, etc.

Our cloud infrastructure runs on the latest version of 300code with regular upgrades, handled by our team. If you would like to switch from 300code Cloud to 300code Cloud Pro, you can do it at any time from your subscription.

External API means you set up external software (such as legacy systems, reporting engines, etc.) that initiates calls to the 300code API (JSON-RPC or XML-RPC) to query, retrieve or update data stored in 300code.

When the call is initiated from 300code, this is NOT considered an "External API." For example, when a 300code app uses an external service such as payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.), delivery carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), VoIP providers, or bank synchronization, it is part of the standard plan.
