1. Click “+ New order” from the floor plan view to:
Create a new order as a direct sale. Automatically assign a free table to a new order. Create an order and then request a table assignment. Open the last order to add more items.
2. In direct sales, which of the following is true?
I cannot select a table; customers must wait at the pickup zone. I have to set a table or a tab to order and then pay. I can click “Order” as usual, without setting a table or a tab. I can optionally assign a table or a tab before payment.
3. Clicking on an empty table:
Creates a new order for a manual table assignment. Automatically assigns a new order to the selected table. Opens a menu to create a new order or a customer tab. Opens information about the table's capacity and status.
4. What is displayed on the preparation display when a multi-course order is sent to the kitchen?
The entire order appears, divided by courses. Only the first course is active; the other courses are pending firing. Only the first course is displayed; the remaining courses become visible after completing the first one. All courses are displayed, segmented by each course, and the kitchen staff must prepare all of them at the same time. The entire order is displayed, separated by courses; the kitchen staff can choose which courses to prepare first.
5. How can I add items to a previous course after creating multiple courses for an order?
I select the items first, then click the course to assign them. I cannot add items to a previous course; I must create a new one. I click the desired course in the cart before adding more items. I use the "Edit Order" function and then select the desired course.
